Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
- If we experience a significant delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
- Please allow additional transit days for delivery during peak times.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier’s website or app.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We currently ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return shipping is free. No restocking fee applies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us to arrange the return.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
